From the person first becoming infected with the virus, people generally develop symptoms around day 5, and most people have complete recovery in two weeks.
For most people, this will be a mild disease; they will have minimal symptoms and be able to care for themselves at home.
For 20% of people, the disease will be more severe and for 5% of people will require intensive medical treatment, including ventilation.
