Patients with COVID-19 can deteriorate very rapidly to end of life, and therefore the aim of this programme is to outline a strategy for managing these patients to avoid distress when dying. All Wales COVID-19 Palliative Care Guidance (linked below) has been generated to support frontline teams in this distressing end of life context.
